This flag is now part of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 exhibit at the Library of Congress.

Professor Greg Carr from Howard University said on twitter today: "The NAACP retired & donated this 1920 flag too soon."

Akilah Hughes wrote, "He was 11. He broke no laws. He was in an open-carry state. It was a toy. He was gunned down. Why doesn't this matter?" ‪#‎TamirRice‬

It was my honor ro study with Howard Zinn for two years. He would agree with that statement.
