We'll see. It will be interesting to see. Roberts is not has conservative as thought and Kennedy goes back and forth so who knows.

I think they will most likely hold that it would be permissible for states to only count registered voters in a district if they wanted to change the state laws, but I can't see them declaring our current method unconstitutional and mandating a change.
