He went through a sharp decline in health a while back but later rebounded...partially...to his old evil self.

I see he retained the snarl on his lip. Hopefully, he has learned that when the curtain starts to come down, amassing all that wealth really shouldn't have been a top priority.

Because getting in front means getting shot in the face by Snaggle Tooth Dick. Wow...he is looking bitterer than dogshit these days. Weary looking to, the fire in his eyes is gone...good, couldn't happen to a better bastard.
