Yep! Trump is setting a precedent..

by not showing up tonight...

If nominated, he wants nothing to do with the Presidential debates.

Understands that he would be decimated by any Democratic Nominee.

And can always state this was done before.. 60’s 70’s, Nominees refused to debate.

He will skip this debate and win Iowa.

He will prove there is no need for debates and he will not debate the D nominee.

The Dems should get an empty chair ready.

Don't cancel debates. Prove that he had nothing to say anyway.

Or maybe Hillary or Bernie should invite one of Trump's clueless fans to speak for him.

non-establishment candidates are doing their non-establishment thing. I mean what will all those Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dums do tonight with out their favorite nemesis?

I can't stand Trump, but got to hand it to him on this one.

It has always traditionally been the leader in the polls that has resisted debates, for obvious reasons. They have the most to lose.

Methinks The Donald has not truly thought that strategy through. He has not been leading any Dem candidate in any national polls yet. Can he refuse to debate as the one trailing in the polls? Hmmm, I don't think so.

I'm looking for a Rove-after-Ohio-esque meltdown in the future.

At least I hope.
