(31,464 posts)It had no appeal based upon the previews. I wasted (enjoyed) and entire snow day watching Mad Dogs on Amazon Prime. Loved it! But I skipped over Jessica Jones. I guess I'll have to give it a look.
It's not about zombies, is it? I immediately cross it off the list if it involves zombies or werewolves.

(41,832 posts)Just a hard drinking, hard living Private detective who happens to be stronger than the average human. She could throw a refrigerator though a wall if she wanted to, and probably has at one point in her life!

(17,469 posts)It is a pretty cool series, involving a superhero, who just doesn't have the power to be on a "big leagues" team like The Avengers, but instead plys her trade as a "noir-ish" private eye, who happens to have low grade super powers. She also has a VERY nasty nemesis with very nasty powers (mind control) played by David Tennant (with disturbing creepiness).
It is, in my opinion, a minor masterpiece.

(31,464 posts)We have two granddaughters who stay with us a couple of days every week. We also have Amazon Prime, Hulu, Netflix and Apple TV. My playlist is so screwed up, it's comedy just to figure out what to watch. My 'suggested for you' list ranges from Little Einsteins to Fifty Shades of Gray.
