HARNEY COUNTY, Ore. Checkpoints set up by the FBI and Oregon State Police on Highway 205 near the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge have been removed.
For several hours Thursday afternoon, KATU reporters on the scene spotted dozens of military-style vehicles and SUVs entering and exiting the refuge.
Officials had said four people remained at the refuge after three others surrendered peacefully Wednesday night.
