voter: "Trump's greatest strength is knowing how to manage people properly"
Trump and his fans are the creepiest people I've ever seen.
Trump's greatest strength, he tells a reporter, is "knowing how to manage people properly."
Trump has taken the alpha male role, Rice explains, and is "both in charge and is responsible. He has trained for this role his entire life." Matt Sliva has come up from Massachusetts to see what Trump's all about, and it's this alpha male thing that's got him a little worried. "I'm passionate about what he stands for," Sliva says, "But can he work with Congress?" Rice is quick to shut that one down. In Rice's assessment, Trump's abrasiveness is exactly why he will be able to get things done.
"He doesn't need to work with" members of Congress, says Rice. "He has found much more efficient ways of communication. He'll show that the minute you start to work with him, then he will forgive you."
One problem Trump will face, though, is those pesky federal workers. President Trump will "bring in more executives. Government workers don't work as hard." Sliva counters weakly that he's a retired federal worker. "He works very hard," his wife offers. "I know some do work hard," this Windsor Knot man says dismissively. "But most government workersthey'll show up in a flip flops."
Rice has one unfinished piece of business. He has not forgotten a reporter is part of his audience. Pointing to her notebook, he now says "I'd like to review if you're going to put any of that down."
Sorry, Alpha Dude. Sometimes you gotta be tough, you gotta be strong, you just can't let them push you around
