Battle over democratic primary in NJ's 9th congressional district

Bad enough you have two experienced and qualified candidates, Bill Pascrell and Steve Rothman and only one can return to the House.

Worse is the type of campaign run by Steve Rothman. His radio and TV spots strongly infer that Pascrell is more than a DINO. The copy goes further by impugning Pascrell as really a republican. Because of his track history of bipartisonship.

If you go to Youtube and see Pascrell on the House Floor, you'll see him standing up for democratic prinicples as well as the President. As to the latter, that's saying something as Pascrell initially supported Hillary Clinton in 2008 and he's loyal to the head of the Party.

I wish the campaign by Rothman didn't have go negative and he could just run on his record.

I really wish that Rothman had run against Garrett. The GOP's gerrymander was just not right in the state. If a state is losing a seat, the fair thing to do is to put a Dem against Repub.

I hate the NJ redistricting commission.
