An alternative-to -the-royals- threads-here (not to rain on those parades)

Am not going to go into the threads celebrating the "royals" (and nobody has to "debate" FOR the royals in this one.

Am just saying that I'm glad we don't have that particular label of parasites in this ideological place. We might have other types of parasitical fatcats here under other names, but at least not those. Theoretically, at least, we are democratic (small "d&quot .

Note: Not depriving any enjoyment over there by saying this over here. Oh, and this, too, shall pass.

for BBCA. All last week COURIC and ABC did interviews with the "prince" and other segments about the goings-on.

And there have been threads here for days like, "What are you doing to celebrate the Queen's Jubilee?" and, oh, maybe less than half a dozen that I've seen (from the outside; have not clicked-in to any).

I'm just saying that there have always been threads every once in awhile with at least celebrity worship towards the royals or other topics about privileged geneology or somesuch, which don't seem thought-out in democratically ideological terms.
