Why is Elizabeth Warren cozying up to Wall Street?

I just got an invitation for a fundraiser for Nydia Velasquez (my Congresswoman) "with Special Guest Elizabeth Warren". I'll observe that Velasquez is in an absolutely safe seat, that the invite asks "co-hosts" to raise $5,000-$25,000, and that, according to Wikipedia:

Velazquez has been criticized by her primary opponent Jeff Kurzon )in 2014) for her close ties to the banking industry and her reluctance to support reform and transparency measures. A majority of her campaign contributions have come from banks, including Goldman Sachs and the American Bankers Association.

Now, it actually doesn't bother me personally, but I'd like to know how the people advocating for "political revolution" are going to reconcile such political activity from one of their heroes.

1. Warren supports doing away with medical device tax that helps fund Obamacare. Why?

She's just another politician yielding to the big medical device industry in her state.

Perhaps she's there to meet more of the players. She's a cop on the beat.

So why hasn't she endorsed a Presidential candidate?

Because she is just as political as someone who would 'join' a party for the benefits.

but you'll make sure to publicize it because you think it will reflect poorly on the only female senator not to jump on the Clinton bandwagon and endorse her. Pretty Clintonian of you...

...and if it didn't bother you, I would expect to see a response.

many years. She was a Republicans for a long time and at times that are very key to me personally so she's no hero to me and my opinion on her is still out. I like much of what she says and I personally don't have a problem with her wealth or the ways she got it but I do think she plays up an outsider status that is not authentic.
I'd like her better if she was more open about her life and he past and such. I have very serious qualms about intelligent people who supported supply side as she did, or who remained Republicans during the AIDS crisis and Reagan. That's her. Qualms.
Since you sort of asked.
