Make "Ghost Voting" A Crime

"Ghost Voting" Happens When State Representatives Vote On The Behalf Of Other State Representatives Who Are Not In Attendance. This Should Be A Crime. It Is A Clear Form Of Voting Fraud.

This should not be allowed, & should be illegal.

It's worse, but akin to having someone punch your timecard. Your boss would call that stealing.

You have someone ghost vote for you, it makes your congressional record appear as if you were there & voted; instead of showing you were absent & didn't vote on a piece of legislation. Makes you look good to your constituents, instead of the liar you really are.
