can anyone recommend a good book on the subject of crack cocaine?

Can anyone recommend any good books or research related to the crack cocaine epidemic of the 1980's?

I'm doing some research but so far I've only found random stuff...

by Gary Webb if you haven't already.

Whiteout was vey good. Also Firewall by Lawrence Walsh details how it all stayed hidden by those at the highest levels. Both books are long, but fascinating.

scholarly and a full history of how intel agencies ran off cocaine and created the cartels; the CIA just "plugged in" to Israel and Argentina's channels in 1982 after that little--incident

High Price: A Neuroscientist's Journey of Self-Discovery That Challenges Everything You Know About Drugs and Society, by Dr. Carl Hart.

This is not about the crack epidemic of the 80s, but about how completely wrong our society's ideas about drugs and drug addiction really are.
