(12,336 posts)There is a hockey game on tonight. And college basketball. And Big Bang Theory. And anything else that may be on tv. Or the inside of my eyelids. Or I could sit and look at a wall in my house that needs to be painted. Or anything else.

(16,254 posts)which doesn't have CNN. The cable stations have gotten so bad, I cut way back and hooked into ROKU and Netflix.

I wake up at 3:45 each morning, which means I'll probably take the tablet to bed again and fall asleep after the first few questions. I mostly missed the riot at the zoo last time.
Hard to believe, but Super Tuesday is next Tuesday! Five days from now...!

(2,679 posts)Was half tempted to stay in as it is cold and windy and taking the evening off seemed like the nice thing to do for myself .... But maybe its not such a great idea after all. Besides there will be cake at the meeting. So let's see ... clown car debate or cake ... hmmm .... cake wins

(54,020 posts)I don't have to agree with someone to hear him out. In fact, it's pretty useful listening to what a bunch of Fubars most Republican ideas are. The last debate, the one with the HOT PINK valentine's day set, was a laugh-out-loud riot of petty bickering and childish jabs. The Cruz-Rubio feud is gonna come to a head. And it's always entertaining waiting to see if The Donald comes right out and uses the R-word on Carson. On top of that, there's the joy of watching Kasich trying to get the nomination of today's Republican Party by, against all logic, acting like a grown up.

I'm getting pretty tired of politics right now. But the subtanceless RNC debates & their audiences have offered plenty of crazy & sorry entertainment.
