Libertarian business practices are all the rage. Businesses and corporations are determined to run like they did before 1900. No rules and no "social contract" with society or its workers. We know where the GOP wants to take us in that arena. Trump is the epitome of such thinking. So workers believing he is on their side are buying the old "snake oil". He will only make it worse.

1. It's amazing how hard the supply-side rhetoric is dying

Corporatists always get away with a trite canard that hardly applies anymore: "What's good for XYZ company is good for you". Not anymore in this environment of rent-seeking and jobless "recoveries". What's good for us is good for business is more the truth.

The empirical evidence is clear that the "job creators" are in fact working class people with money to spend, thus driving demand for business to supply....or lose profit potential.
