All Cruz will do is abolish audits for people making over 7 figures. The rest of us will gain a lot more attention from the IRS to make sure we pay taxes on yard sale profits and the like.

4. For a Harvard Law grad, "Booger" doesn't seem to know much

about how the government works. The 16th amendment to the Constitution grants Congress the specific power to collect income taxes. A president can't repeal a constitutional amendment. The IRS was initially created an act of Congress to raise funds for the Civil War, and Congress would have to abolish it. The president doesn't have that kind of power. So Booger is just talking out his ass to pander to the government-haters. And if there's no IRS to collect taxes, how is the president going to get paid?
