One thing about the Flint hearings to note

As horrible as this all is, I'm taking note of the fact that the R's, who are clearly trying to place the blame on the EPA, are tacitly admitting that the EPA should have the responsibility to make sure our water is clean. None of them is talking about weakening the EPA's authority. They're all admitting the exact opposite.

is com;icit in tying the hands of the EPA within the state. Idaho is on the same page, they want to ban the agency from functioning in the state because thy busted the mines in the panhandle for poisoning the rivers. It's a long story but worth using as an example.

So this is what the state legislature of Michigan also caused by making it nearly impossible for the EPA to actually do its job... which makes me even more suspicious of the state government's possible conspiracy to destroy the predominantly black communities throughout the state. Look at Benton Harbor, Flint, Detroit and others we don't even hear about.
