Had lunch with a guy who's spent the last 8 years complaining about Obama,

sending out anti-Obama jokes and cartoons, etc. He's always voted Republican but Trump scares the hell out of him and he says he'll vote for Hillary over Trump in November without a second thought.

Anyone else seeing this?

A couple of people I know who were GOP said they would vote for Hillary. The Obama 08 election turned them due to the racism, so trump took it to another level. They won't vote for him.

I like my bubble, so no, not seeing it. I see many more "Bernie or I'll take my ball and go home" types.

Hillary wouldn't be the worst thing we could do to them. (By implication, socialist, commie Bernie would be)
Not that they would vote for her but that she isn't as radical as other Dem options so she wouldn't hurt their feelings. They won't be voting Trump.

my republican brother

They are all crazy, Trump is also a freak. The only sane one is Kasich and his only spiel is vote for me, I am the only sane one. He claims he won't vote for Clinton. I suggested he should just save himself some time and stay home. He is actually thinking about it.
