I bet it will be like this in November. They are coming out, those who have never voted before are registering and voting for the first time...like their lives depends on it.

(9,132 posts)I hope and pray that you're right. As of 6:29 PM Central Daylight Savings Time, I'm still fearful that too many of the voters who swept the Rethuglies out of the White House in 2008 and then took an inexplicable holiday in 2010 are going to repeat their 2010 behavior.
I hope that the example set by mobilizing Wisconsin progressives is followed nation-wide and that the Republicans have another bad night like 1964 and 2008.

(12,461 posts)People are motivated, they knew sitting at home in 2010 was a big mistake. They are canvassing neighborhoods, door to door...that is motivation. It also proves no matter how much money is put into races, it didn't change a thing.
I wonder, how much they spent per vote, after all is said and done...Still worth it, Koch Bros?
