Florida Governor pRick Scott Can't Even Get a Cup of Coffee at a Local Starbucks

http://gawker.com/florida-governor-rick-scott-cant-even-get-a-cup-of-coff-1769294087

Today, footage surfaced of Florida governor Rick Scott, at a Starbucks in Gainesville, getting yelled at by a customer—local woman Cara Jennings, who is none to happy with the governor.

“You cut Medicaid so I couldn’t get Obamacare,” Jennings shouts. “You’re an asshole. You don’t care about working people. You should be ashamed to show your face around here.”

The two have a small back and forth as Scott attempts to remind the customer that he’s “created 1 million jobs.” “Where?” Jennings responds.

As he leaves the cafe—without any coffee—Jennings accuses Scott of denying women access to vital care, presumably because that is precisely what the governor did last month. He then says something unintelligible back to the customer before hurrying out of the store.

FL doesn't even cover up to the Federal Poverty Limit for Medicare, much less go over. They only cover people with incomes up to 29% of the FPL. So you can be technically indigent in our state and still get squat. He also just cut funds for Planned Parenthood, so he is truly the worst of the worst when it comes to governors and health care, especially for women.

A million says Rick Scott. A few questions come to mind:

1. What are federal taxes levied on those Florida jobs, and what portion of those revenues are redirected to ACA Medicaid expansion?
2. What is the sum total of those Medicaid total dollars that Florida makes available to other states because Scott refuses to allow citizens to utilize what the state has already paid for (I gather the answers to #1 and #2 would be identical(.
3. How many Florida citizens are currently deprived of needed health care because of decisions made by Scott and his legislative allies, given that there would have been no added cost to the state had Medicaid expansion be permitted?

Second time Scott ran, my therapist (knee rehab) asked me if she should vote for Scott again. This nurse was a victim - a VICTIM - of Scott's pension looting in a hospital she had worked in and she should have been retired, but had to extend her work years because of him. I told her about his ripping off the government, looting pension funds and being a general-all-round ass. The following week I even gave her articles about his past. Last day in therapy she said she couldn't vote for a Dem and cast her vote for Scott.

58. Lake Worth activist Cara Jennings confronts Gov. Scott at Starbucks

Apr 2016
http://www.palmbeachpost.com/news/news/state-regional/cara-jennings-lake-worth-activist-confronts-gov-sc/nqzWj/

GAINESVILLE — Cara Jennings, a longtime Lake Worth activist and a former city commissioner, was captured on video Tuesday berating Gov. Rick Scott at a coffee shop over the state’s handling of health care issues and calling him a curse word.

“You cut Medicaid, so I couldn’t get Obamacare,” Jennings shouted at Scott as he approached the counter at the Starbucks store in downtown Gainesville. “You don’t care about working people. You should be ashamed to show your face around here.”

Scott and a group of about five people walked into the coffee shop at about 5 p.m. Tuesday and left with a lecture but no coffee. A video of the exchange was captured on a cellphone by a patron and posted to YouTube, where it had been viewed more than 200,000 times as of Wednesday evening.

In Boca Raton on Wednesday for the ceremonial signing of a bill to support Israel, Scott said he had not seen the video and scoffed at the notion of meeting and speaking with Jennings.
