The correct term is a "criminal accomplice who aided and abetted another in the commission of a felony".

Seems like there were quite a few local T-bagging Republican Politicians who need to be prosecuted as well.

2. Sheriff Palmer has filed a tort claim notice

A necessary precursor to suing a government entity is to serve a tort claim notice on the entity, and Sheriff Palmer has done that. Apparently, he's looking to spin the Wheel o' Justice set up in courtrooms across the land and see if he can't win one of those sweet, sweet judgment jackpots that undeserving folks are always getting.

Palmer and his lawyer are in for a very bad surprise if he chooses to pursue this.
