Smith admitted he wanted to form "Silent Resistance Army" and a "hit squad" to execute blacks and Jews.
The Washington County teen has been in custody since August after investigators assigned to an anti-terrorism task force sold him a Mac 10 machine gun, an M16 military-grade assault rifle, a gun silencer, a handgun and 120 rounds of armor-piercing bullets, according to a federal complaint.
The investigation began in May 2014 when Smith allegedly sent an email to a Switzerland-based message service seeking to order an assault rifle. In October 2014, according to the complaint, Smith set up accounts on VK, a Russian social media site, and listed interests as "guns, gunsmithing, building bombs, knives, guerilla warfare, preserving my race and folk, and destroying the government" ...
