My employer just increased new parental paid leave

".. new mothers and fathers in the U.S. will now be eligible for up to 16 weeks of fully paid parental leave. The new parental leave policy is available to men and women welcoming a child through birth, adoption, surrogacy, foster care or legal guardianship."

After all the issues with corporate America, sometimes it's good to see companies going in the right direction.

They are really good about family/LGBT/diversity rights. For all their faults, I must admit I am pretty impressed with how progressive they are.
