A 42-year-old man is accused of accidentally shooting a teenager in the shoulder during a water gun fight at a barbecue in a Houston suburb Sunday, news reports say.

The 15-year-old girl was taken to a hospital, and Jason Speights was arrested on a charge of deadly conduct, KPRC-TV in Houston reported.

The shooting reportedly occurred outside a house in suburban Spring on Sunday evening.
