The Cruz/Carly "dream team."
As many know by now, Cruz is the most hated man in Washington. -- A position he worked hard to earn and wears as a badge of honor.
And as the 30,000 workers that Carly laid off at Hewlett Packard know, she's not a "job creator."
So this is what the Republican Party is offering up as an alternative to Trump. Golly gee. A choice between a pair of sadistic dentists, and an untrained blind surgeon who operates by instinct.
But there's really nothing new here. The GOP has, for the past 50 years, served up people who wanted to take everything all of us have, and leave us to starve and rot. This is what the Republican Party is. This is who they are. Trump is just a riff on their basic theme and he prefers to play solo which pisses them off.
It's possible that many Republicans will cross over to vote for our candidate this year. But who knows. The extent of Republican masochism is hard to predict.
