(23,156 posts)I do pay attention when perishables are marked down because that means they are usually just about ready to get unsellable.

(32,086 posts)And, they often have e-coupons for the mac and cheese, and the snacks, making them even cheaper. It makes up for the high prices on the dairy products, I guess, although the do have a house brand that is less expensive.

One organic, one not.
Three guesses which one costs $2 more per package.

(20,176 posts)The Stop&Shop near me had organic Kosher pork chops for the same price as the regular pork chops.
I'll give you a minute to parse that...it took me about 45 seconds to contemplate that one before gravity returned.
