Disturbing Video Shows a Cop Brutally Beat a Child for Riding Her Bike, Charges HER with Assault

As the duo traveled home, they cut through a mall parking lot, as they had done countless times before. However, this time, Officer Williams was in that parking lot, in his full Tacoma Police department uniform, yet off-duty, working as mall security. As the teens traveled through the lot, Williams began pursuit of these hardened criminals and accused them of trespassing.

This heroic officer ripped the girl from her bike and slammed her up against a parked car with his hand around her neck. As the child struggled to breathe, grabbed her by the hair and flung her around like a rag doll.

Clearly overpowering the small child, half his size, the officer wasn’t satisfied with the damage he’d inflicted so far. So, for good measure, Williams pulled out his taser and sent 50,000 volts into this poor girl....

Williams then arrested Monique and charged her with resisting arrest and, get this, assault on an officer.

Here's my guess as to what might happen:

The police will band together as always.
They will begin to demonize the victim and look up any record the victim or any family members or friends might have and make criminal connections.
A GJ will convene to hear the evidence as directed by the prosecutor.


At this point it will go one of two ways:

The GJ will not indict the officers.
The GJ will indict and the Prosecutor will charge the officers with the wrong charges and they will walk due to double jeopardy.
The city's taxpayers will be the whipping boy and will end up paying damages in a civil proceeding for the officer's aggravated assault on a minor.

Now, a former Oxnard police officer is blowing the whistle on a sick practice of officers in the department proudly "earning" tattoos every time they shoot and kill people while on duty:

The former Oxnard police officer who recently left the department said he saw the tattoos on the officers. He made a drawing of what the “shooting” tattoo looks like. He said the tattoos were probably purchased from a tattoo shop in Port Hueneme because that is where Oxnard officers go to get tattooed.

The former Oxnard police officer also provided the names of seven Oxnard officers and two retired officers who allegedly had the tattoos. The nine names also included two officers who are currently commanders at the Oxnard Police Department. One is a watch commander.

The former Oxnard officer told American Justice that if smoke is added to the tattoo, coming out of the barrel, then the shooting was fatal. He said the tattoos are “earned” by officers involved in shootings.

Yeah, a mall parking lot is "private property," but it is full of vehicles--often including bikes--because people drive or ride and then park their cars and bikes there.

That is what it is for. Maybe the drivers of all those cars all over that private property need to be beaten, tased , and arrested, too, for trespassing.
