You cannot demonstrate anymore without a permit in advance. And even if you aid someone in Denver by feeding the protesters during a protest like OWS without getting a ticket or being arrested. Now in Denver you cannot lay down on the public street without risking a $1000 fine and a year in jail. So if you have a heart attack in Denver you need to keep standing up. You will be arrested before you get an ambulance.
