Michael Joseph Finicum sentenced to prison for assault (AZ)

... Michael Joseph Finicum, 40, pleaded guilty in April to misconduct with a weapon in one case and aggravated assault and aggravated robbery in a second case. He had been charged with six other counts, including vehicle theft.

Mohave County sheriff’s deputies in November 2015 stopped a vehicle on Highway 389 near Cane Beds in which Finicum was a passenger. A record check showed Finicum to be a convicted felon. Being a prohibited possessor, he reportedly had four throwing knifes strapped to his left arm under his jacket as well as a large knife in a sheath on his belt, according to MCSO.

In the assault and robbery charge, Finicum reportedly assaulted his father Jan. 23 at a Colorado City residence and took his vehicle after his father refused to allow Finicum to borrow his car. He was arrested April 8 in Washington County, Utah.

a few years ago, very weird. The locals will not even look at you. Many of the houses are like little compounds with walls. They are never quite complete. If a house is "under construction", a loophole defers/avoids taxes.
