We all have our favorite candidates, but who actually *wants* to be DNC chair?

That's an important question we're leaving out. It's a largely thankless job with a history of being used to keep a politician you want out of the public eye in a box.

Which would be $200K or so

I think I remember that in both parties if somebody is currently in elected office the committee only pays their differential between their public sector pay and the full salary, but I now can't find that.

I'd put up with a lot of bullshit for that.

The first thing they noticed was that they had to make their own meals -- and clean up. They did laugh about it.

So she spent about 3 years simply cruising, all the time, in the worst cabin each ship had. Saved a ton, saw some great sights.

and I also know he is smarter than stepping into this hornets nest.

So, to be very honest: I don't know.

It's a really good question.

McAuliffe already had the job, and I wouldn't be unhappy to see him there again. having said that, some peeps are trying to make him a bad guy.

Dean isn't coming back.

Ya think Donna Brazille might want it?

McAuliffe would be interesting; he did a decent job, but I can't think of the carrot anybody could wave to get him to go back. Same problem with O'Malley or any other "big" name: this post is going to suck, and everybody knows it.
