Why on CNN is it always MISTER Trump, and yet Clinton or Sanders.

when referring to the dems. They have several options: Mr., Mrs., Senator, Secretary, but usually it's just Hillary or Clinton or Bernie or Sanders. But always it's MISTER TRUMP, as if anything else is just too disrespectful.

Nails on a chalkboard!!

And when "Mister Trump" was caught lying about giving to a vets' charity, the headline was that he "fibbed". And the story quickly disappeared.

"Would we ask anyone else to explain the disposition of money gathered at a benefit?"

HELL YES, ever since 911 when millions were collected and conveniently "lost".

They are so deferential to this creep, it makes me sick.

Likely to highlight a difference between herself and her husband.

Bernie did the same actually. You don't see Sanders 2016 stickers. It's usually Bernie or Feel the Bern etc...

Trump usually calls himself TRUMP in the first person, so your argument doesn't wash.

Mr. Trump makes sense...

Mrs. Hillary or Mr. Bernie doesn't...

I'm not suggesting that it explains every usage but it probably isn't as sinister as you imply.

I was slanted right since the Reagan years but shortly before Bush stole the election in 2000, the media no longer pretend and their bias was on full display.
