How much art, wisdom, ingenuity, and hidden knowledge was lost to the Bible thumpers and their book burnings in the Middle Ages, we shall never know - and probably just as well.

old books. i have too many old ones to read. tho i am reading a newer book now.but most of it about 1700-1900 so far.
bede was pretty boring. i had to give up on that era of british writings.
