I wonder what the reasoning is behind this story?

The FBI has asked law enforcement agencies who responded to Pulse nightclub to withhold records from the public, according to officials.
A June 20 letter from the FBI, attached to the City or Orlando's lawsuit over withholding 911 calls and other records from 25 media outlets including the Orlando Sentinel, was also sent to the Seminole County Sheriff's Office with instructions pertaining to how they should respond to records requests.
The letter requests that agencies deny inquiries and directs departments to "immediately notify the FBI of any requests your agency received" so "the FBI can seek to prevent disclosure through appropriate channels, as necessary."

I think this is pretty standard. Federal Bureau of INVESTIGATION. Don't you think it's a good idea to give the FBI a few weeks to investigate? No?
And i thought it was the right who where chin-deep in conspiracies.
This is common knowledge. And what does it have to do with the FBI requesting the withholding of information while they investigate?
Like the time the FBI was interviewing a friend of the Boston bomber and had him in handcuffs and still had to shoot him seven times because he kicked a broom they said.

Gosh. I wonder what that obvious danger must have said to get the FBI so angry? I mean scared?

Maybe by not over doing it they're looking to avoid copy cat crimes?
The government does strange things.

(2,329 posts)The FBI, reportedly, found no actual evidence he was gay. They did find his phone calls, to them and the 911 operators, had a lot of admissions and claims that he was doing it in the name of his religion.
You might be on to something about him being nudged.

(1,604 posts)Could he be hiding behind a religion to mask his personal fears? A justifiable excuse to cast blame and justify the actions?
(As of late I've been pondering the escalation of violence, action/reaction in the world. It comes with my kids graduating and being turned loose into the world.)

(1,604 posts)They haven't been to temple, church, mosque in years yet they claim to be of that religion. I call their habits "cultural"; not religious. They cherry pick their religion for the best and avoid the responsibility and religion. Religious symbols and all the holidays...............
In America we do this around Christmas.
So a person can kill in the name of a religion but yet not be religious. People can do the same thing around flags and national pride.
It's scary how peoples minds can become conditioned and demented.
