it seems planned and there were bomb threats and it may be politically motivated.

I tend to the other direction and refer to mass violence and mass murder rather than terrorism.

10. I don't agree with how terrorism is defined. To me, this is terrorism. For some reason,

it's considered (I guess) terrorism only if politically motivated. Then why not call that political terrorism.

Who ever they are they seem to have experience in warfare, perhaps veterans.
