So far we've seen children and as many as 50+ people killed in one mass shooting episode, and lawmakers have done nothing.

I doubt he would make an address from Poland.
I don't want him to fly home. He needs to complete his meetings with NATO. Europe is fragile right now. They are discussing brexit, isil and russian aggression towards Europe.
