Police learned that Lawrence allegedly stated, “Call the police. I want to kill them and snipe them when they arrive,” according to Smith.
There are broken, dysfunctional citizens everywhere, but we don't want to do anything for them. Crime erupts in hopelessness. Without jobs or government intervention, marginalized citizens can resort to violence.
