which didn't get acidic water foisted upon it. Not that it's your fault, mind you, but it sure makes me wonder if demographics played a role in that decision to poison for fun'n'profit.

Perhaps the reasons were purely economic, but, once again, the majority of people affected are Aftican American. I apologize for putting it the way I did.

All because of the word "Flint". There is a movement to change the name. As a Native Born "Flintstone" I am against that.

And Flint, as a city, is extremely racially and culturally diverse.but that doesn't fit into the media narrative. It wasn't targeted just because of race. I truly believe it was targeted also because it is one of the strongest Democratic areas in the entire state. Our state representative and senator are Democrats.

My beautiful birth city has been pretty abused, over the years. Fortunately, it is full of very strong-as-Flint people. And trust me - once from Flint, always from Flint. We wear that city with pride.
