On July 25 a Teton County sheriffs deputy pulled over a vehicle for having a fake license plate. The deputy wrote three citations when she realized the driver, Bradly Watsabaugh, wasnt licensed and his vehicle wasnt registered or insured.
Watsabaugh was arrested after refusing to accept citations, and he was booked and appeared in court, said Lt. Tom Combs, Teton County Sheriffs Office ...
Body camera video from the arrest shows Watsabaugh refusing citations from the arresting deputy. He asked the deputy to write her name and Social Security number on documents he was holding. She refused and took him to jail.
Later that day Watsabaugh appeared before 9th Circuit Judge James Radda and was presented with the charges ...
Watsabaugh claimed to be a free man and not under government jurisdiction, having removed himself from the system ...
