Walker: Public Sector Benefits “Like A Virus”

Speaking at the United States Chamber of Commerce Wednesday, Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker restated his concern for the growing fiscal burden presented by public sector entitlement programs.
He described the benefits as “a virus” that eats up states’ resources.
