Hillary Clinton’s Lead Shrinks to 1 Point in Latest USC Dornsife Daybreak Poll

Hillary Clinton’s lead is down to 1 point in the latest USC Dornsife- LA Times poll released on Friday.

The Hillary “bounce” from the media manufactured “unity” convention in Philadelphia has completely been erased.http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/3458929/posts

Hillary is ahead by only one point despite the complete support from every media outlet except for FOX Business Network and her supporters in the tech world.

usc poll

From the poll: This chart tracks our best estimate, over time, of how America plans to vote in November

The final blue and red figures on the right side of the chart represent our most recent estimates of Hillary Clinton’s vote (blue squares) and Donald Trump’s (red diamonds). These estimates represent weighted averages of all responses in the prior week. The gray band is a “95-percent confidence interval”. Figures lying outside the gray band mean that we are at least 95% confident that the candidate with the highest percentage will win the popular vote.

I wonder how far they had to dig to come up with an
obscure poll that showed a one point differential?

Since her lead is only 1% now it means that half of her supporters have changed their mind.

See how easy it is to make statistics lie?

People - especially republicans - keep looking at national polls (and I don't believe this one) as if they matter. If they didn't pay attention in school about the electoral college, surely they have some sort of short-term memory about different states being called for Obama or Mitt in the last election and can make some small connection.

For fuck's sake, O'Reilly and Dennis Miller, who are not complete idiots and are quite intelligent in their own ways even if in the big picture they're total shitheads, were talking days before the 2012 election about how polls (national ones done by FOX so they were wrong to begin with) showed Mitt winning. Meanwhile, I recall DU being pretty upbeat (with some nervousness since it was a presidential election) because so many posts had been done on the different state paths to victory with Mitt having nary a one.

I mean, fine, if it lulls them into a false sense of security, but damn, my tax dollars went to educate some of these people.
