According to a dispatch from the White House pool, earlier in the day President Barack Obama and his eldest daughter, Malia, went "for a short walk on a trail near their residence."

This could be just your average I'm-bored-you're-bored-it's-nice-out-let's-walk walk, because of course, our POTUS probably doesn't have anything better to do than stroll around the grounds.

We don't think strolling is what this walk is about. Given recent events, we have some theories about the discussion Obama and his eldest are currently having.

agents who are assigned to Mahlia allowed her to hang in a big crowd of other women unguarded and openly smoke pot? Or do you think it was aright wing look alike?

13. I said in another thread that the girl in the pictures could be anyone.

The girl kinda looks like Malia. And she's smoking what looks like a cigarette to me.

I tend to believe that the Secret Service takes some pains to allow their charges to live normal lives while they keep them protected. So who really knows?

I'm just glad that DU has a sense of humor about trivial subjects and that no one is hammering the abuse button feeling morally superior to Obama (a well-known ganja enthusiast in his youth, and one of the world's best dads) or Malia (an adult living a cloistered life who seems to have grown up to be surprisingly normal).
