Anyone else see the Olympic women's weightlifters?

I was in a restaurant for dinner yesterday, and one of the TV screens had on the Olympic women's weightlifters.

Those were some *BIG* women, that's for sure!

But wow, lifting 250+ kilos?

What was the lift? I didn't see it. Were the lifts the same as those in the men's competition? Because 250 kg is huge for those lifts, by anybody's standards.
