Seems the ABCNBCCBS corp is going to play it never happened with the Manafort story.

Our media-is corrupt by design. If they loose Trump there goes the ratings bonanza they were hoping for.

6. cnn just interviewed Andrew Kramer, one of the NYT authors, and tried to

pin him down on the not receiving any cash money, which manafort falsely accused the story of claiming. they never did that.
he said something along these lines:

cited the Ukrainian investigative agency that's looking into this, and what the investigators have inferred about how the money manafort claimed
was for the usual campaign expenses, as expressed in the ledger, were NOT used for what was claimed, and the amounts were WAY out of line for the supposed expenses, much of said money leaving the country

NYT never reported that he received the payment. He's lying about that in his statement above.

Also, Did he receive any payments not in cash form? Did he receive multiple payments, rather than a single payment? Did he do work for agents representing the governments of Ukraine or Russia?"

pretty easy to see why
