Areas In Louisiana Who Hate Government Now Need It The Most. Give Them All They Need.

You would hope that parts of the country that hate government will begin to appreciate how important the federal government and state government is for them. The only hope for these people to recover is the government they diss the most. It is so ironic that they vote for the same politicians who attack government and public servants as over paid and lazy who deserve to work for dirt wages.

We need to give them as much help as they need. Perhaps they will change their minds. During disasters you need the most professional and able first responders you can afford. It is the police, fire and first responders who can make the difference over life and death itself.

The anger and hatred of our public employees is misguided. We must all remembers that there are times when these people are your life line.

2. Yep. Got a text from my right wing SIL yesterday..

Her ex and their old house took on over a foot of water. He, the ex, lost his truck and expensive contracting equipment as well. They are both counting on FEMA and other government assistance to help clean up and repair. She also has family members that get/have gotten government assistance for food, medical, education, and housing yet she will NEVER vote for a democratic candidate. Her mind will not be changed.
However, she is a good person and would help you out anytime you need it. She and her ex, and others like them, deserve the goverment's help despite their misguided anger.
