I could probably name a few who are in the country already who don't believe in our Constitution. Donnie comes to mind.

Also doesn't this sound a lot like what we are doing now? Did he just plagiarizer most of what President Obama has been doing? Drone strikes, partnering with others overseas, cutting off funding, work with NATO, have joint and coalition military operations, etc, and we even have tried talking to Russia about it. I guess with him it would be Yuuuge though.
