Jerry DeLemus, a veteran of the Battle of Pork Rind Hill is expected to plead guilty in a Nevada courtroom Tuesday, 8/23.

I hope the judge comes down on him like a ton of bricks and gives the pathetic clown at least five years in the can.

2. If the Oregon plea bargains are a guide, they probably won't throw the book at him.

I could be wrong however since DeLemus is a much bigger fish.

Justice will be served if he gets substantial jail time and
they take away his guns as a convicted felon.
