Apple Adds Gay and Lesbian Emoji to iOS6

Apple's newly announced iOS6 expands its range of "emoji," or text emoticons, with a gay and lesbian couple.

The same-sex characters, depicted holding hands, join the company's range of ready-made emoticon designs, alongside existing hetero couples, as well as icons depicting nails being painted, a bride and a range of hats.

LOL that is the thing I noticed first being a fat person myself rather than the gay icons.

I think all the icons are quite cute.
