Colin Kaepernick Takes The Field In Socks That Depict Cops As Pigs

Colin Kaepernick and the San Francisco 49ers will play their final preseason game tonight in San Diego, and Kaep has already announced that he will not be standing for the Anthem. Ironically, tonight is also the Chargers' annual "Salute To The Military" night at Qualcomm Stadium, as if this meaningless pre-season game didn't have enough of a storyline already.

If people weren't happy about Kaep's decision to sit during the national anthem, they'll surely have something to say about the socks that he's been wearing at practices during the pre-season. As spotted at a practice earlier this Summer, Kaepernick's sock depict little pigs dressed as cops.

But it begs the question -

If your biggest issue is 'disrespect' of the police

disrespect to a piece of fabric

disrespect for a fucking game . . .

Then you have an awesome life and you have no worries.

I'm stunned by how much time this issue is getting.

Actually my first clue was when they were in a tizzy over the death of a lion and talked about it for almost a month. But when they showed proof of kid being gunned down...hardly heard a peep.

That's purposely fanning the flames of anger and diviciveness. He must be a very angry man.

I'd guess voter suppression and unwarranted violence also fans the flames of violence-- that being violence in and of itself.

But no doubt, your focus on a benign reaction rather than the violent action will be rationalized soon...
