The return of the flower breathing dragon, pumpkin tress in bloom, cheese festival, and more pix

The flower breathing dragon shots from last year. NEW photos below.

The flowers were not planted by us. Nature found a way.

Because we feed the birds, nature provided us with our first crop this year. Pumpkins, corn, sunflowers,...

I haven't mowed since my thumb surgery. We gave the lawn crew specific instructions not to harm our crops.

OS

This is the flower breathing dragon this year. The hole is for a water spout if you want to make a fountain out of it.

There are pumpkin seeds in the mix we feed the squirrels etc: http://www.desmoinesfeed.com/products/specialty/small-animals/parkview-bushy-tail-treat/

You can just see the pumpkin at the bottom of this photo.

Behold the pumpkin tree.

Here is one of those can you find all the object photos. You can see part of the dragon. Also in the photo another pumpkin, a corn stalk, sunflowers, a finch, and the Rose of Sharon we planted last year for the hummingbirds.

Another seperate pumpkin plant on the fence and going down the hill.

Look close. Three blooming sunflowers under the cardinal feeder.

Another pumpkin starting to climb a much taller tree.

Another pumpkin.

Yet another different pumpkin.

Even out in Fontenelle Forest: http://www.fontenelleforest.org/

And now for something completely different... Our son and I at the cheese festival in Arrowhead Stadium last Thursday. Notice we are drinking sodas.

My shirt reads: Green and gold till I'm dead and cold. A much larger print is on the back side.
