makes my skin crawl.
he said in the interview water boarding is illegal now but wasn't back than
because of the atmosphere.

He lied a lot and did his own damage, but Cheney damn near ruined the US forever, and did it singlehandedly! Through intimidation and lies, he got the cooperation of those he needed to accomplish HIS goals!
