Confederate monuments have their day in appeals court Sept. 28 (LA)

The court dispute over four New Orleans monuments honoring Civil War era figures will be heard by the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals on Sept. 28. The court recently set the date in a case that pits City Hall against some preservationists and supporters of the monuments.
